RETURNS

You are going to LOVE our jewelry, but if for any reason at all you wish to return it we will be happy to help...

Returns 
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the time you received your order. To be eligible for a return, your jewelry and package must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: 
Any item not in its original condition
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
If you wish to exchange an same item, send us an email at orders@alucik.com.

In most cases you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend shipping your returns in a rigid box, preferably the one you received it in. A trackable shipping method is also recommended.
